Palette was an idea Fresh and I have had for some time now.
The intention was to blend people of similar (and different) industries and backgrounds together to create a more accurate portrait of Toronto's today and tomorrow. Bringing together a select group of young ambitous and creative professionals to build a stronger industry and community.
We felt there was a lack of networking opportunities and social gatherings like this in our city (Or maybe no one was inviting us to any lol). So with the help of Rémy Martin, whom we both are brand ambassadors for, we put together an intimate evening at Kasamoto where we could fill that void through cuisine, cognac and conversation.
The group consisted of clothing designers, painters, creative directors, photographers, fashion bloggers, entertainers, venue owners, publicists, wardrobe stylists, TV hosts, and artist management.
We carefully curated our blend of guests and also curated our pairing of Rémy cognacs with fine Japanese cuisine. Best of all worlds.
On behalf of Fresh and myself we just wanted to say thanks to everyone who attended. It was an absolute honor to be the presence of the 25 of you. And thank you to @cntmpowling and @o.t.n.t of@remymartin for all your help and support in making our idea come to life and of course to @kasa_moto especially to @kendrajean3 for dealing with our picky ways!
Shouts to @mordecaimax for creating all the visuals. Shouts to @theclayprice firstname.lastname@example.org for documenting the night and to @paul_leli for making him paint a masterpiece when he was only supposed to come to eat!
Cheers to a new day and a new Toronto. (The rest of the pics and video recap will be posted soon.) #remypalette
