Its been a long time since Ive posted any nightlife on my blog. Most people actually think Ive stopped doing it.

I havent stopped.

I just stopped doing parties where people didnt party. Where everyone was too G to dance or to have fun or let loose. I got tired of doing all the parties that felt like a face-off. lol. I just wanted to shoot events that I would want to be at even if I wasnt working. Shit, if I gotta be somewhere for 4 nights of my week, especially if its the weekend, I better be somewhere I wanna be. lol. Im tired of telling people that its a better idea not to visit me at my work cuz they’ll be so bored. lol.

So I decided to stick with my brothers. I basically only shoot for Mickey – Status Toronto and Time Nightclub or anything that 1 Love T.O. does in terms of nightlife and I occasionally do the one offs and corporate gigs as well though.

Ive been posting a lot about my days – my friends, my meals, my travels and the shop, but I havent posted anything about my nights.

4 nights a week Im in a club. Im drinking. Im listening to loud banging music. And all 4 of those nights I spend fighting myself not to eat nuggets at 3am while passing McDonald’s on the way back to my car. lol. But that story is for another time.

I know there are dozens of places in the city to party on the weekends, but here are my recommendations. And Im not just recommending it because I shoot there, but because I only take gigs that I enjoy.

THURSDAYS – CENTURY ROOM (580 King Street West)

SATURDAYS & SUNDAYS – TIME (81 Peter Street)
