something new w/ Betsy

Last week, Betsy and I did a lil shoot together.

I have this weird complex where I usually try to avoid doing sexy shoots with women because I feel like a perv. lol. I feel like directing a woman to be sexy is tricky. Tricky because I feel like everything Im going to tell her to do will sounds like Im just trying to get her to do whatever is in my own private little fantasy. lol. Its not true, but I think Im just paranoid and too self conscious.

I want to work on building a new portfolio and so does Betsy.

So we decided to work on a lil something something.

Our actual project is a much bigger production than this shoot here, but I needed to have an ego boosting shoot. I needed to know I was able to direct and be comfortable with saying certain things without being awkward. I needed to feel confident that my ideas would look good.

And Betsy needed to know we were on the same page, stylistically.

And according to Betsy’s feedback, we are.

Im only going to be posting this pic for now.

I know it doesnt look like much, but Im proud of myself.

    i remember meeting this girl for the first time & all i could say was wow. She is so down to earth & such a humble person – it just makes her so much more attractive. She has this natural ability to connect with all types of people on different levels. A true definition of gods beautiful work! I know she will continue to be blessed… beautiful girl in & out!!!!
